What materials are the pieces in your shop?
Most of the pieces in the Fine Jewelry collection are 18k gold-filled pieces. This means the jewelry will last longer, hypoallergenic and non-tarnishable.
In the repurposed designer collection, the chains are a mix of gold-filled, sterling silver and stainless steel chains. This allows me to keep prices affordable.
When will you re-stock your inventory/sold out pieces?
All my pieces are authentic vintage designer, so stock is limited (we only have a few pieces) and restock is uncertain. I will recommend you to secure your piece as soon as you can, sometimes when a piece is gone it could be forever.

No, we currently do not ship international.
Is it safe to shower with my jewelry?
While you can shower in the gold filled/sterling silver chains without them tarnishing, for the repurposed designer jewelry line, we do not recommend showering with the pieces in order to preserve it’s quality due to the delicate nature of the button itself.
What materials are your pieces made from?
All of the pieces in the repurposed designer jewelry collection are either gold-filled or sterling silver. Gold-filled is 14k or 18k solid gold bonded to a base metal like brass or sterling silver. This means the jewelry has at least 5 microns of gold. Traditional gold-plated items have less than 0.5 microns of gold, this means that gold-filled has over 100x more gold than gold-plated jewelry. This higher micron amount of gold allows the jewelry to last a lot longer than traditional gold-plated or gold vermeil.
In the repurposed designer collection, the chains are a mix of gold-filled or sterling silver, this allows me to keep prices affordable for thicker chains! The designer pendants are usually gold plated brass, as most designer companies use this material for their costume jewelry. The jewelry findings are generally stainless steel, rhodium or 10k gold plated.
What can I do if my jewelry arrives damaged?
If your jewelry arrives damaged, please send us an email and we will do our best to assist you!
How long does shipping take?
For domestic (US) orders, allow 5-7 days for processing and 3-5 days for the package to arrive. With the COVID-19 pandemic, packages are taking much longer than normal to arrive, so please be patient during this time as your package may be delayed and will take longer than stated.
I put the wrong address / forgot my apartment number, how can I fix this?
If your order has not processed yet, we will work with you to get your address fixed. However, if your order has processed you will be responsible for the extra shipping charges in order to process a new shipping label. If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, you will be responsible to pay for the shipping fee to correct the address. ALWAYS double check to make sure your address is complete!
What happens if my package was never delivered by USPS?
Nomad'r Lifestyle Company is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package was lost by the shipping carrier or misplaced by them (very rare), we are not responsible for this. If this occurs, please check with the shipping carrier and file a missing package claim and ask them for further assistance. If your package was stolen from your porch, it is your responsibility to know when the shipping carrier arrives and to make sure someone is home in order to retrieve the package. We will also work with you as best as we can in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Can I return an item?
All of our pieces are final sale and may not be returned. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
