Shipping & Return Policy

Customer acknowledges that all items are non-refundable, exchangeable, or returnable. Please understand that we are a small business and we cannot afford to do returns at the moment. After an order is placed and processed you are not able to cancel or change the order. If your item arrives damaged, please send us an email to: info@nomadrlifestyle.com

When you purchase any item from Nomad'r Lifestyle Company, you are acknowledging that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this happens, please check with the shipping carrier and file a missing package claim and ask them for further assistance. 

Nomad'r Lifestyle Company is not responsible for any incorrect address input by the customer.

If your package was stolen from your entrance or was lost by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for this, but we will help you as best as we can to file a claim.

 

What can I do if my jewelry arrives damaged? 
​If your jewelry arrives damaged, please send us an email and we will do our best to assist you! 
How long does shipping take? 
​For domestic (US) orders, allow 5-7 days for processing and 3-5 days for the package to arrive. With the COVID-19 pandemic, packages are taking much longer than normal to arrive, so please be patient during this time as your package may be delayed and will take longer than stated. 
 
I put the wrong address / forgot my apartment number, how can I fix this? 
If your order has not processed yet, we will work with you to get your address fixed. However, if your order has processed you will be responsible for the extra shipping charges in order to process a new shipping label. If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, you will be responsible to pay for the shipping fee to correct the address. ALWAYS double check to make sure your address is complete! 
 
What happens if my package was never delivered by USPS? 
​Nomad'r Lifestyle Company is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package was lost by the shipping carrier or misplaced by them (very rare), we are not responsible for this. If this occurs, please check with the shipping carrier and file a missing package claim and ask them for further assistance. If your package was stolen from your porch, it is your responsibility to know when the shipping carrier arrives and to make sure someone is home in order to retrieve the package. We will also work with you as best as we can in order to file a claim with the shipping carrier. 
 
Can I return an item? 
All of our pieces are final sale and may not be returned. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
